Handl’d was created for people who want a new car, but don’t want to spend their weekends at dealerships or navigating confusing and time-consuming negotiations.

Like many buyers, we experienced first-hand how frustrating the car buying process can be. Endless dealership visits, inconsistent pricing and pressure to make decisions without clear information often turn what should be an exciting purchase into a stressful one.

Handl’d exists to change that experience.

We provide independent, no-pressure support to help you research, compare, and negotiate your next car with confidence. From understanding what you actually need, to engaging dealerships and negotiating pricing, we handle the legwork so you don’t have to.

We’re not a dealership, broker, or finance provider. We don’t earn commissions or incentives from sellers. Our role is simple: to represent your interests and help you make an informed decision, on your terms.

Every engagement starts with a short conversation to understand your situation and determine whether Handl’d is the right fit. If it is, we’ll guide you through the process with clarity, transparency and practical support. If it’s not, we’ll tell you that too.

  • We can assist with new, used and demo vehicles, typically sourced through dealerships. If your situation isn’t a good fit, we’ll let you know upfront.

  • No. Once you decide to proceed with an offer, you deal directly with the dealership to finalise contracts, finance, trade-ins and delivery. This keeps everything transparent and in your control.

  • Handl’d operates on a flat-fee basis, agreed upfront after an initial conversation. Pricing depends on the level of support required, and there are no commissions or hidden fees.

  • The first call is a short, no-pressure conversation to understand your situation, timing and needs. We’ll explain how Handl’d works and let you know whether it’s a good fit before you commit to anything.

  • No guarantees. However, we aim to help you avoid overpaying, reduce unnecessary dealership visits, and negotiate confidently based on market context and experience. At the end of the day, if we can’t get better than what is advertised you get your money back.

Most buyers don’t walk in expecting this and even confident people can find it difficult to stay objective once time, money, and excitement are involved.

The goal isn’t to “win” against a dealership, but to help you reach the best possible outcome without stress, second-guessing, or unnecessary compromise.
